hotel was nice and clean, the rooms and bathroom are good sizes.good value for money
this hotel is probably just a tiny bit way out from the centre, but still only a 20min walk. the hotel didn't have a bar area or anything so if you wanted a drink when you got back to your hotel you couldn't. hotel staff are not really very helpful or friendly.
the hotel is nice but probably wouldn't stay there again, barcelona is a beautiful place, beware of pick pockets as we had our bag stolen on the first night and we also spoke to a few other people who it has happened to.

, camera un po'. troppo piccola (dalle foto non si capiva). la colazione è veramente troppo cara per noi italiani. la stessa identica colazione l'.abbiamo pagata (2 persone) ? 24,00 in hotel e ? 4,10 in uno dei numerosi bar poco distanti. il personale: se sei fortunato trovi i 2-3 ragazzi simpaticissimi. altrimenti trovi quel demente che alla mia richiesta di chiamarci cortesemente un taxi mi ha risposto ".guardi se esce in fretta ne sta per passare uno".. non il massimo della professionalità. non fate l'.errore, se arrivate alla estaciò del nord, di andarci a piedi pensando (come qualcuno ha qui fatto intendere) che l'.hotel sia dietro l'.angolo. ci arrivere con la lingua fuori e i primi giorni di vacanza li utilizzerete per riprendervi dalla immane fatica., ho riportato le poche note negative. complessivamente è un buon albergo. lo consiglierei ad un amico.,

, we were in 6 people and we had a great staying!!, bathrooms were perfectly cleaned, towels,too!!, the minibar was well refornited and not so expensive. the hotel is about 2-3 blocks far from the first subway station, just need a little walk!!!, once in barcelona i'.ll be back for sure!!!,

, ... la mia prima volta a barcellona.... tutto fantastico !!!! l'.hotel molto accogliente ( meglio delle foto visionate sul sito di venere ), molto curato e soprattutto ben pulito, posizione ottima, molto vicino al centro città e facilmente raggiungibile dall'.areoporto di girona con un bus, vi consiglio di fare la colazione nei bar, buonissima e sicuramente molto più economica! sono un tipo abbastanza esigente e in questo hotel mi sono trovato molto bene... buona barcellona a tutti!,

, complessivamente la mia opinione sull'.hotel è molto soddisfacente., ho trovato delle discrepanza tra quanto proposto in internet e poi trovato sul posto., per esempio era indicata la presenza del ristorante (motivo tra l'.altro per cui avevo preferito l'.hotel rispetto all'.altro) senza specificare che nel periodo estivo rimane chiuso. inoltre venivano indicati dei servizi, come la possibilità di guide o di nologgere biciclette che si sono limitati, all'.esposizione di alcuni volantini., ottima la cortesia e la professionalità del personale., la loro capacità di parlare molte lingue., buona ed assortita la colazione, per soddisfare diverse esigenze., lo consiglierei comunque ad un'.amico.,

, ottima impressione all'arrivo.il personale molto professionale e pronto all'assistenza. unica piccola pecca le dimensioni della camera che ci e' stata assegnata: troppo piccola, ma estremamente pulita. la zona e' tranquilla e ben servita e si possono comodamente raggiungere dei luoghi da visitare con brevi passeggiate: sagrada familia proprio vicinissima; plaza calunya il paseo de gracia e le ramblas con qualche minuto in piu'. lo consiglio vivamente.,

, otherwise a very good hotel but the rooms were not quiet, we could hear almost everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. about 15 minutes walk from placa catalunya. the nearest metro station was quite close so the location was not a problem. the hotel was very good value for money compared to e.g. hotel nouvel near rambla that we stayed in the last time.,

hotel nuevo, con instalaciones muy adecuadas a su categoría. 12 minutos hasta el metro, 18 hasta casa batlló, 25 hasta plaza cataluña. desayuno caro, pero hay muchos sitios a menos de 60 metros donde desayunar bien y barato. habitaciones con doble acristalamiento ( no escuchas nada de la calle). no tenemos ninguna queja de nuestra estancia,más bien al contrario

per noi era la prima volta a barcellona. l'apsis aranea è un ottimo hotel. non più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro più vicina (tetuan). con la metro ci vogliono 15 minuti per arrivare sulle ramblas. si trova in una zona piuttosto tranquilla e non troppo rumorosa. e' una zona centrale a due passi dalla sagrada familia. le camere sono confortevoli ed esattamente come mostrato dal sito. il letto era un pò troppo duro (considerazione personale!). l'unico neo: la colazione a buffet non era compresa nel prezzo della camera e costava circa € 12 a testa, che comunque è un bel spendere!! consigliamo di fare colazione in uno dei tanti cafè fuori dall'hotel.

gros probleme :on a choisi cet hotel excentré car il y avait un parking privatif!! où était-il??pas de parking comme annonçé et c'est la galère pour trouver une place dans un parking et dans la rue il faut remettre un ticket toutes les 2 heures (pratique quand on visite !!, petit-déjeuner trop cher , c'est dommage car l'hotel est très bien!!!

we had booked a mostly quiet room, but got one in front of a mayor road. it was nearly impossible to open the window during night for getting fresh air, because the traffic was very heavy! nevertheless the service was excellent inside the hotel with very kind and helpful employees. so it could happen we would book the same hotel next time we come back to barcelona!

lunch in hotel con ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo.
albergo nuovo e ben organizzato. pur essendo a distanza di passeggio dalla stazione nord (intersezione fra via carrier de cente e via napolis), a causa di precisa informazione a riguardo, si corre il rischio di effettuare un percorso molto piu' lungo. avrei, dunque, voluto avere indicazioni dettagliate sulla collocazione dell'albergo su via carrier de cent (molto lunga!) e come raggiungerlo dalla stazione nord (girona bus air-treminal).

3rd time we have booked a hotel via venere, and again, it met the standards set out on the web site and the various reviews/comments posted. our 7/10 quietness of room rating was no surprise, as previous notices had warned of this; i'd put this down to the fact that night life starts off late in barcalona. the rooms were spotless, and extremely well maintained. all staff very courteous, and breakfast excellent. i'd estimate located roughly midway from tetuan metro stop and segrada familia (the cathedral), roughly 15 mins walk from each. some might say a bit away from the ramblas and the port area, but i thought a great base, as quiet and safe at night, away from hussle, bussle and noise of the centre. took taxi to and from the airport; 4 up with cases, apx 35 euros inc the various supplements.

practical, clean and adequate value. room was very clean, all facilities very adequate for a short stay.
room given too small even though hotel was not full - strange shape and window had no view - this was our first night in a new city! listing of product on mini bar munu was not all in mini bar. breakfast extremely poor quality, food was cold, no coffee in coffee dock, not to 'european standard'. resturaunt area not 'intimate' enough...exposed to others at other tables. staff at front desk were plesant but not overly helpful.
would have liked to have known more about food on offer - would have eaten more in hotel if quality was better. would have liked staff to be more interested in our stay and reason for our stay so that they could have offered more information. would have liked to have been offered a choice of room and would have liked to have been shown to the room so that we could have spoken to someone about the size of it when we got there! did not appreciate the fact that just because we booked on line we were given a smaller 'cheaper room' - is this not the reason for booking on line, to get the best value? would have liked to have known the situation of the hotel, got lost a few times. otherwise, hotel was quite adequate for our stay and cleanliness was to an excellent standard.

ottimo albergo a 5 minuti dalla sgrada familia e dalla fermata del metro. personale efficiente e gentile, camere pulite e accoglienti, leggermente piccole ma molto luminose e dotate di tutti i confort. a poche decine di metri si trova un supermarket, un fruttivendolo parecchi caffè e ristoranti. se non sceglie la colazione al mattino in hotel ci sono delle pasticcerie e bar a pochi metri., the hotel is a good choice if you want to se the sagrada familia (only 5 minuts far from the hotel). the hotel is very quiet and the customer service is fine. the rooms are cleaned, and are how you can see on the pictures on internet.

the location is good because you are not in the heart of the chaos, but there are underground stops near by the hotel which are easy to use. we wanted to sleep in some mornings, and it was hard to since the whole place is hardwood floors you hear the cleaning people in the mornings. there is a grocery store right next door if you wanted to buy a cheap breakfast, and restaurants around. you are not a far walk from las rambas. the rooms were very clean and the staff spoken english, which was beneficial for us.

albergo pulito e confortevole,stanze un po' piccole ma per quello a cui servivano, cioe' dormirci, andavano bene.l'hotel e' a circa 10minuti a pedi dalee fermate della metro(quella di teutan e' la piu' vicina).l 'unica cosa un po' stonata e' che la sera non offriva praticamente nulla sia come ristoranti che come intrattenimento.attenzione! in alcune cartine la fermata dei bus e' indicata vicino alla metro teutan mentre invece venendo con la ryanair arrivate alla metro arc de triomf.per questo molti vanno poi nella direzione opposta., in conclusione consigliato ma leggermente fuori mano.

obwohl wir etwa 4 monate vorher unsere zimmer reserviert hatten, wurde ein ehepaar unserer gruppe gezwungen in einem einzelzimmer im einzelbett zu übernachten. noch nicht einmal ein zweites kissen wurde ihnen angeboten. bezogen auf den preis war dies ein sehr mieser service. nachts mussten wir wegen elektronischen problemen erst einige zeit vor der tür warten, um dann den fahrstuhl nicht benutzend den sechsten stock zu fuss zu erklimmen. dies nach einem anstrengenden besichtigungstag in barcelona. entschuldigung oder wiedergutmachung fehlanzeige!, und wie überall im süden werden singles diskriminiert. ein einzelzimmer ist nur unwesentlich billiger als ein doppelzimmer.

i am happy to recommend using the apsis aranea. the hotel is in a quiet location and is within walking distance from most tourist areas. we visited barcelona for a long weekend and would happily use the apsis aranea again.

it was better than expected. very quite, tidy, close to the most famous buildings and the north bus station and not expensive at all. employees were competent, kind., we are completely satisfied

das hotel kann ich nur empfehlen. zwar bleibt man vom personal schon mal unbeachtet, aber das hotel liegt zwischen der sagrada familia und der altstadt, zu der man in 10 minuten fußmarsch gelangt. das hotel ist sehr sauber, unser zimmer war mit laminat ausgelegt und holzvertäfelt. und das bad war fast so groß wie das zimmer, und vor allem sehr sauber!!!!

wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen sohn im apsis aranea und hatten ein doppelzimmer mit kostenlosem beistellbett. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. man merkt, das hotel ist recht neu und darüber hinaus trifft man auf sehr freundliches personal.die nächste metro-station ist 3 minuten zu fuss entfernt und auch zur sagrada familia ist es nicht weit. das hotel ist ein prima ausgangspunkt füer einen besuch im herrlichen barcelona.

ottimo albergo situato in posizione centrale., rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente,lasciate perdere la colazione che potrete comodamente fare dai fornai o nei bar circostanti a meno di 10 euro a persona,cifra che richiede l'albergo, e con una più ampia scelta.le stanze sono spaziose,ben rifinite e con aria condizionata.

room was nice - clean, quiet (at the back of the hotel), good bathroom. only bad point was the room was quite cramped with not enough storage space - 5 coat hangers and four tiny drawers were not enough for two people staying for a week!the location was great - handy for sagrada familia and buses/metro and not too far to walk into the centre - but in a quiet, safe-feeling area.

very modern hotel. staff spoke english (even though i tried to speak spanish). the room and service were even better than i expected. the only slight drawback is the location. our cab driver from the airport had to look up where to go on a map when we gave him the address. although the metro stop is about 3 blocks away, one must transfer to get to la rambla through a very long tunnel (think chatlet in paris). it is very close to the sagrada familia, however. my big regret is that we didn't stay in barcelona longer. there is a lot to see and do. we would definitely stay here again. excellent value for the money. after speaking with people who stayed on la rambla, we are very glad we stayed here for quality of the rooms, price, and quiet.

you hardly hear any noise from the street even though our room was on the 1st floor. unfortunately, the people staying next door to us was very rowdy when they came in very late. hardly use the public area but the reception area was fine. the taxi driver from airport to hotel seem unsure despite showing map/location and we were charged extra 5 euros on top of the meter fee. the taxi arranged by the hotel charged almost 30 euros! otherwise, everything is great.

very good position, only a few hundred meters away from the bus station to girona airport and a few hundred meters away from subway stations.bedroom and bathroom clean and wide. the staff is kind and speaks foreign languages. high standard if compared to the price (of low season). usually the good breakfast (10 euro each) is non included in the price.

oltre ad essere un ottimo hotel, è anche molto comodo per chi viaggia con ryannair essendo a circa 200 metri dalla fermata del bus. si arriva facilmente in centro con una passeggiata di 15/20 minuti o con 4 fermate di metro (la fermata più vicina all'hotel è monumental).

i had difficulty finding the hotel when i first arrived from the map they emailed me. very nice hotel only 20mins walk from city center. 10 mins walk to segrada familia., barcelona is a lovely city which i intend to come back, most likely stay in same hotel.

brand new hotel. when we stayed there the were still finishing the details. the rooms are small and a bit noisy (the walls are paper thin) but extremely clean. , located in eixample, the never part of barcelona. very safe, although at night the neighbourhood gets completely deserted. several metro stations are nearby., very few of the staff members speak foreign languagues, but they are very helpfull and friendly. take your breakfast as early as possible, since they don't always refill the orange juice of croissants. seeing that the breakfast costs 10 euro/person, i did miss an egg and soms bacon, for example.

hotel was nice and clean, the rooms and bathroom are good sizes.good value for money
this hotel is probably just a tiny bit way out from the centre, but still only a 20min walk. the hotel didn't have a bar area or anything so if you wanted a drink when you got back to your hotel you couldn't. hotel staff are not really very helpful or friendly.
the hotel is nice but probably wouldn't stay there again, barcelona is a beautiful place, beware of pick pockets as we had our bag stolen on the first night and we also spoke to a few other people who it has happened to.
