l'hôtel est très mal situé avec le chemin de fer sous les fenêtres des chambres on entend toute la nuit les trains arrivés. il y avait une odeur horrible qui apparemment emané des canalisations de la salle de bain. dur dur de dormir dans ces conditions!!

absence de parking public à proximité pour y garer sa voiture la nuit. , salle pour petit dejeuner trop petite et mal ventillée.

le prix et la proximité avec le port sont les seuls atouts de cet hôtel. les chambres sont mal insonorisées. le bruit de la rue est insupportable. la climatisation était en panne. le petit déjeuner est plus que frugal et la salle de déjeuner bien trop petite pour accueillir tout le monde. les alentours ne sont pas accueillants et l'hôtel propose un parking surveillé mais difficilement trouvable et qui facture ".la nuit". à 20 euros.

un couple + deux enfants., nous avons trouvé une place de parking juste devant l'hotel un vendredi soir.

overall it is a good value-for-money hotel, especially for a young travelling couple. there were no noisy neighbours, the staff were very friendly and helpful (not all spoke working english though). the breakfast was a very strong advantage. it was plentiful and tasty, and the range of things to choose from was also very good., the hotel is located about 20 mins walk from the centre and the way towards the centre does not belong to the most picturesque of all that genova has to offer. but one can always take a bus and close the windows to prevent car traffic noise getting in at night as the rooms are air conditioned. anyways, when in genova one is sure to spend their whole time in town rather than in the hotel., ,

, next to the ferries for corsica, this hotel is very well located., we had the luck to find a parking place just in front of the hotel. otherwise we would have had to find one around, which can be complicated., elevator brought us only up to the 1st level and then we had to climb a stair to the next one.,

, not much to say. i guess this is what you'.ll have to accept in genova. the hotel states that it has a car park. the woman in the reception had problems with spoken english and gave us a general map of the nearby area. after some searching we found a garage that probably was connected to the hotel somehow. can'.t really tell. the garage was great though.,

, there was - except for the owner- nobody who spoke english. finding the parking was a crime. the room was flodded, there was a lot of water on the floor when we wake up and the lady at the desk said we have to wait for the owner. but we had to go for the ferryboat, so we coudn'.t wait. after several discussions, we had to pay the full price., a hotel to forget!!! never gone book again.,

, the hotel is literally a couple of meters from the main set of train tracks--not train station (that is a good 20 min walk) but actual train tracks. if you like the smell of diesel and trains roaring right by your window then this is the place for you. otherwise, dont stay here. good breakfast though.,

, when we arrived the owner was most apologetic that only one of our rooms was ready. the building is undergoing renovations at the present time so there are all kinds of building materials etc in the hallways. it is not as close to the station as is advertised. we actually ended up having to get a taxi as we couldn't find it on foot. breakfast was only half ready when we came down for an early check out so we had to pass on it. this didn't really worry us as it looked pretty awful. the rooms are big and clean with great air con and beautiful new bathrooms. the service is not quite so good as we got locked in and had to wake the manager to let us out in the morning. not a place i'd go back to but since the price was low i can't really complain.,

, the hotel is very near to main train station cruise terminal and bus station and main interesting areas of genoa but at night almost all cars motorbikes and buses of genoa pass through the hotel that is why it is very noisy,

it was pefectly satisfactory except for the poor quality of the breakfast (coffee excepted).

for the price the hotel was fine. the room was quite large in comparison to other hotels in which we stayed in italy and the bathroom was recently renovated and very spacious. breakfast was served in a separate dining room on the ground floor and was a little better than the standard coffee and rolls (cereal and juices were also available). the staff spoke no english but were very helpful with our basic italian and assisted with leaving our bags there on the day we checked out. the only problem was that when we checked in the room we were allocated had not been made up. the manager was very apologetic and quickly moved us to another room - which was at the back of the hotel and probably quieter than the room we had originally been given. it seemed to be a genuine mistake and he was prolific in his apologies. the location was ok (a couple of hundred metres north of the stazione principe) though it seemeed to be at the beginning of the seedier area of town (near the mission to seafarers) but this was not a real concern. overall we would stay here again for the price.

modest, but very good hotel, very clean. good place for a short stay. just one disadvantage - the local area not very pleasant...but is in very short distance from the station.

une catastrophe pas de parking gardé comme indiqué et chambres juste au dessous d'une gare de train de marchandise avec vue sur un bidon ville, nuit très bruyante, chambre ne fermant pas à clé donc sentiment d'insécurité et pour couronné le tout remonté d'égout dans les lavabos la nuit bref à éviter à tout prix

nous sommes un couple de cyclistes ayant pris une nuit a genes. l'hotel est tres bien situe pour prendre le bateau pour la corse.l'acceuil fut agreable et arrageant puisque l'hotese nous a propose de laisser nos velos a la reception.en effet cet hotel a 2 inconvenients: pas de garage et bruyant( proche d'une avenue tres circulee)

nous sommes restés 5 nuits pour visiter génes.c'est un trés bon hôtel et surtout bien situé pour les transports(bus,métro et gare de train). un peu à l'écart du centre et loin du bruit.bon rapport qualité prix...acceuil chaleureux. trés bien.

being rated as just one star, it is very clean, everything was functional and comfortable. the bathroom was very clean and new, the furniture was ok, and the people were kind. the only problem of the place is the noise outside, since it is on a very noisy street. in summary, a very good quality/price relationship.

the hotel was very basic, i struggled to find where it was after i lost my map, but when i got there the staff were very friendly. the location means constant traffic noise. this is common in genoa however. the rooms were pleasant and clean. it is very close to the principe station which is good, finally when i tried to check out their credit card facilities had stopped working forcing me to pay with cash, which was a big problem for me.

l'albergo, in considerazione dei lavori di ristrutturazione eseguiti, con il rinnovo completo di molti materiali (pavimenti e rivestimenti ed arredi), meriterebbe almeno l'attribuzione di due stelle di classificazione., anche la sua collocazione spaziale può dirsi buona in quanto vicino sia alla stazione principe che alla metropolitana (fermata principe)., la pulizia della stanza, la n° 27, e soprattutto del bagno ci hanno favorevolmente colpito., non del tutto convincente il riscaldamento con pompa di calore che richiede di essere programmato su di una temperatura piuttosto elevata per poter garantire un microclima adeguato alla stagione invernale, vista anche la notevole altezza del soffitto., piuttosto spoglio l'arredo della stanza: senza fronzoli ma comunque con un arredo essenziale., ben dotato di utili accessori invece il bagno (più confortevole come temperatura) fra i quali è stato particolarmente apprezzato uno scaldaasciugamani, soprattutto al termine di una meritata doccia serale., in conclusione, una sistemazione di livello discreto, ad un prezzo di mercato (di 73 euro, senza prima colazione) tuttavia oggettivamente elevato per la categoria di appartenenza.

what a great deal! these rooms were so clean you could eat off the floor/walls! very spacious and exceptionally clean. a bit if a walk in the wong direction from the station, but it's on a bus line or maybe 10-15 mins walk from the main station. i'd definitely go back.

le parcage des véhicules dans les rues avoisinantes n'est pas évident et pose un réel problème.

the building was not like a hotel from outside. but the room was clean and much better what we expected in that price. airconditioning gave special comfort in being there because of hot weather. we were missing for some breakfast possibility.

a clean comfortable room, but too noisy to relax., i thought i had seen a picture of the main entrance on the web site but on arrival it was nothing like the photo and i felt mislead., there were no public rooms or breakfast which was not clear on the web site., at time of booking we explained we needed to check in early and check out late., the room was not ready when we arrived and we had to pay an additional nights stay for the late check out., given all of my comments i feel we are due a rebate for the additional night. if i spoke italian i would have been able to make myself clear to reception.

we had a nice weekend in tre stazioni. it is in a very small street, so not too easy to find it, and find a parking place. the rooms were as we expected so generally i suggest it to groups of friends. hard communication to staff because of speaking only italian.

it was a very nice stay. the conversation was a bit difficult without the knowledge of italian (the only spoken language in the hotel), it was a good start to the cruseships.

the hotel is at the first floor of a building with other apartments. the entrance and the stairs are not so beautiful.. (it's an old building) but the rooms are clean, bathrooms are quite new and people is kind and available.

it was good to me, because i needed a hotel near by port just for one night, but it was dificult to find the street., by the way, it is good and the manegger was very nice.
