 nice hotel, friendly people, close to the sea
 parking on the back side were was no entry to the hotel so you had to walk through the wind and rain with your luggage

good value for money, as the owners were friendly and welcoming and even chatted to us at breakfast. this hotel suited our needs and i would use this one again. i even like sweets in the room, thanks!

the room was clean, well decorated and very comfortable.

from arrival to departure the owners of the hotel were friendly, welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them, the room was pleasant,clean and well decorated with the additional bonus of a balcony. the breakfast was a good choice of food and it was freshly cooked - a real bonus.

die besitzer sind sehr auf den erhalt ihres hotels bedacht. es ist sehr gepflegt. die zimmer waren absolut sauber. kleine aufmerksamkeiten wie kekse, bonbons und tempos waren auf dem zimmer vorhanden.
das wasser (dusche) hätte etwas wärmer sein können.
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. die sauberkeit hat mir sehr gut gefallen. die lage ist sehr schön. im gegensatz zu einer anderen beurteilung hier, hatten wir keine probleme einen parkplatz zu finden - was natürlich an der jahreszeit liegen könnte. es waren in den seitenstraßen ausreichend parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. because of time of year i was the only one staying but that was great for me as i liked the peace and quiet, my room was comfortable and the bed was really nice and soft, i left early in the mornings so unable to comment on breakfast or service.

excellant accommodation to use as a base for the eastbourne area, very friendly family run hotel, hope to go back again.
