das frühstück ist super
das personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich
die sauberkeit der zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig...
auf dem weg zum schwimmbad, hat man das gefühl in einer waschküche zu sein (kellergewölbe...nicht angenehm)

there is almost no room service. it is the most stupid excuse i have
ever heard, that the room service is available from 14.00 till 20.00.
outrageous for a 4 star hotel. you cannot have breakfast in bed. only if
you break your nerves, you wait more than 30 minutes at your telephone
call to the room service, you ask for the manager, then you might get a
cup of coffe, and you must pay room service! for it plus the coffe price
- although you order it during the breakfast time.

de overnachting kostte ? 250,-, terwijl het een oud, ongezellig hotel is op 20 minuten van frankfurt. mijn tip, zoek iets anders.
te duur, slechte en oude kamers, airco werkte niet, verschrikkelijk ouderwetse inrichting, smoeselig, zeer slecht ontbijt.

cleanliness of the room
the room was cleaned promptly every day
there is no air conditioning
as a tourist who didn't have access to private transport, i would have liked to know:
- a map showing the distance and walking route to the kaiserlei s-bahn station (this is a good selling point, as it is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel)
- a list of the bus routes serving kaiserlei and where to board them
- the fact that there is no air conditioning (especially a problem in summer months)
