very comfortable rooms, helpful staff. nice menu at the grill room. we only stayed one night this time, but would definitely go back.

a conseiller sans soucis.

the room was ok except that the lighting system was faulty. when told, the reception clerk was rude, and made out it must be our fault. the fault was not fixed, but a temporary solution was found.
the main problem was the condescending, unacceptable attitude of the staff on the front desk, and also those ".serving". breakfast. breakfast on the whole was not a good experience. unpleasant, noisy dining room, not very good quality food, surly staff.
everyone needs serious training in how to deal with customers. it was not quite fawlty towers, but not very far off.

very nice hotel, excellent welcoming, good restaurant, good service at table, and very very comfortable rooms. it was the first time we stayed at hotel ac pisa and we were delighted.

would have liked to have been able to get a hot or cold drink on the site. there was a hot drink vending machine in reception, but we had no change and were told there was none available.

we were advised there was a bar just up the road, where we could get some change.

property was quaint and comfortable. only knock is that it is not convenient to public transport, sites, or transportation. however, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the walk to piazza di miracoli is only about 20 minutes. comfort of accomodations was good and everything worked.

very good location for people traveling by train. spacious rooms but need to be renovated. average hotel. too expensive for what it proposes.

molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (poche decine di metri). colazione non molto varia.
stanza singola decisamente piccola.

our best recommendation: do not miss the breakfast, by far the best we have ever eaten in italy. note, that the breakfast closes already at 0930, even in weekends. the restaurant across the street is also recommendable with huge portions and low prices. try e.g. the bisteca.
the hotel itself - well, it has a convenient location for travellers, but all main sights are at least 10 min away by foot. the hotel is also located in a quite rough area, not a place to bring small children.

can'.t fault the hotel. location was good. short walk to tower. not too far to train station. lovely room and gardens. quiet location. staff were very nice . more of a guest house type establishment than hotel. however, when we asked for drinks &. other refreshments they were delivered to us no problem and it was particularly pleasant to sit in the garden area. rooms weren'.t huge but bathrooms good &. decor was lovely. would stay there again &. would recommend to anyone going to pisa. continental style breakfast was good too.
