el hotel esta muy bien en general,lo unico malo ,el precio ...un poco elevado...

overall excellent hotel, a true 4 and a half stars. very clean, agreeable, confortable and cozy. i was upgraded to a huge suite, but the bedroom only was already very large. apart from the reception at the spa, all the staff were extremely nice and helpful. i regretted that at the spa, everyone spoke bad english or spanish - they were all germans. the atmosphere is good, many kids and families but not too noisy. evening animation is tasteful, but not really for a single person looking for fun. the spa has a very good offer and the massages were varied and very good. food at the buffet was ok, it was much better if you have it at the pool bistro or if you order one of the daily menus. the buffet was varied but although it looked huge, there was not that much choice. reception was very good, i was greeted by name and accompanied to my room without the boy waiting for a tip. room service choice was limited. very nice and quiet beach. overall a very good hotel, calm, i would recommend it.
