main problem with this property is its location 1/2 block off nevsky prospekt, above a vacant storefront in a corner-building that makes it difficult to find (along w/ a very small sign). second problem is that after you're buzzed into the foyer inside the heavy steel front door, the first thing that greets you is the smell. once you've gotten to the 2nd floor hotel, however, all's well - newly remodeled, clean, friendly staff, and a reasonably good location for a decent price.

there are two bolshoi prospects in sint-petersburg on different islands. whith the e-mail confirmation you won'.t find the hotel.
the entrance is not on bolshoi prospekt!
airconditioning is a must during summer, not available in the rooms

il posto non è assolutamente indicato nemmeno con il cartellino sul campanello(bisogna telefonare) nel week end nessuno pulisce le stanze non accetta assulutamente nessun tipo di pagamento se non il contante e lo vuole in anticipo la colazione è inesistente e tocca consumarla seduti sul letto xchè in stanza nn c'è manco 1 sedia spazi comuni 1 divano in un corridoio tutti i servizi indicati nel sito sono inesistenti internet non sono in grado di utilizzarlo e con il cirillico diventa impossibile anche x chi si destreggia meglio la foto rappresenta il palazzo ma le stanze sono da altra parte

the only thing wrong, is that the hotel is very difficult to find because there's no indication of it on the road.

we were very pleased with the customer service. everyone was helpful and went out of their way to see that we were comfortable. our room had a large bed and our room had a balcony.
we were able to walk to all of the main tourist sites. weather was excellent and once we found our way around we were very satisfied.

era la prima volta che andavamo a san pietroburgo,abbiamo incontrato ottime persone sia come personale che come clienti, san pietroburgo ha soddisfatto tutte le ns. aspettative. l'.unico problema da noi avuto è stato con il taxi che doveva effettuare il trasporto dall'.aereoporto al mini hotel pio e viceversa, infatti in entrambi i casi ci ha fatto attendere oltre piu'. di un'.ora.

when you pay for hotel, convertation of euros from your creditcard to rubles will take around 2% of sum.
but overall the best place to stay - in the center of beatiful city, comfortable and spacious rooms, nice staff. we had wonderfull holidays!

eine grosse wohnung,kein hotel.frühstück zwei minischeibchen brot.! teebeutel pro person.beim eintreten in der nacht wollten schon kassieren.von der strasse aus schon zum klingeln kod notwendig.nirgendwo ein hinweisschild,mein reiseleiter konnte kaum kontakt mit mir aufnehmen.die telefonnummer,die venere angibt,stimmt nicht,stadtvorwahl fehlt.keine ordentliche rechnung,sieht alles nach schwarz geführtem laden aus.im telefonbuch nicht vermerkt.

this mini-hotel is probably located on the best location of the city! go just around the corner and you'll have a view of the hermitage. the hotel is also located in nevsky prospect = the main street in peterburg with all café and restaurants near. the service and breakfast is good for russian standard
