inadmissible! le systéme de réservation est défaillant. ma réservation n'a pas été prise en compte et l'hotel est plein. heureusement l'hotelier a téléphoné à tous ses collègues pour me trouver ou dormir mais j'ai du me déplacer de 15 km et 30 minutes de bouchons matin et soir.

i booked a familiar room for 3 adult and 1 child by venere.com, however when we arrived there, there was not a familiar room available. we had to stay in a very small smoking room. we visited 10 cities in spain, italy, germany and this hotel in paris was the worse. moreover, hotel personnel is not kind.

i 1st reserved this hotel for two nights at 120 euro a night, but had to cancel. then had another change of plans and did a walk up on what would have been the 2nd day. walk up price was 50 euro.
the room/bath room was okay, but the bed was very low to the floor. so low is fact that i had to roll out of bed on to my knees to get up.
the hall lights were on a sensor/timer that were located at the elevator and way down the hall. the hall lights went off way to quick. in fact before i found my room and got the door open they went out for the 1st time. after groping in the dark a few times back to the elevator, i discovered that a green glow on the hall walls was a reset switch that turned the lights back on for the next cycle.
my next fun experience was in the morning when all the electricity in my room went out. getting to the door an opening it was fun. but it appeared that my room was the only one without power. the hall light worked, so i propped the door open to finish packing my bags. my travel companion in the next room had power except for one wall.
checking out, i told the guy at the desk about the power and he seemed indifferent, like maybe it happened all the time.
other than these irritants the same guy was very helpful getting us directions to the train station. we even had to call him once we were in the mall parking lot to get additional directions. the location was within 1km of the train station with plenty of parking. taking the train/subway to the center of paris was very easy.

nous avons séjourné a cet hôtel, afin de visiter paris. certes, l'.accès au centre est facile, mais l'.hotel est situé dans une zac, il n'.y a rien autour, pas de resto etc...
nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu les chambres, mais nous ne pouvions pas diner, car il y avait un groupe, il restait des tables, mais le service n'.était pas assuré.idem le lendemain, et le pt dej, n'.est plus servi a 9h30. le ménage est sommaire, pas une feuille ou un crayon dans la chambre, pas de poubelle, et les sanitaires sont tres moyens...

je n'y retournerai pas !

préreservation d'une chambre à 85? et j'ai eu une chambre semble-t'il de qualité moindre

il est domage que sur votre site on ne peux réserver que la chambre et non la soirée étape ou la chambre + petit dejeuner si vous avez un budget a respecter c'est donc plus facile par téléphone. domage car la réservation est plus pratique par internet!
