 gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff, camera spaziosa e luminosa, hotel pulito, confortevole e caldo, colazione (con vasta scelta di cereali!) abbondante
 nella strada in cui è situato l'hotel ci sono dei locali quindi nel fine settimana c'è movimento di persone e auto
sono rimasta molto contenta del mio soggiorno presso l'heritage anche perchè avendo una bimba di 4 anni avevo esigenze particolari che sono state ampiamente soddisfatte,

the room was clean and modern. the man on reception was friendly and helpful.
i was kept awake all night by the noise from the local night club and every time water was used a pipe in the wall rattled loudly.

the room was very clean with a modern decor.
the curtains did not close together. this was not a problem as nets were at the window, and our room was not overlooked, but this did affect the overall look of the room.

excessive limescale in the toilet. toilets next to breakfast room had not been cleaned monday morning after function on sunday - disgusting. excessive amount spent on parking when i expected it to be free.

the room was attractive, clean and well equipped. the breakfast was lovely and plentiful with good choice. very close to town centre. we would stay here if we were going out late in derby and noise would therefore not be an issue.
the exterior is not very attractive, and worried me slightly before we entered the reception, which turned out to be lovely. the carpark was small and we had to pay for it - being in the centre of derby and on a narrow street using the carpark is essential, that should be mentioned before booking, so it's not an unexpected surprise. there is an ncp carpark next door which can be used, but there should be a special hotel guest rate, as £10 is quite expensive for 24 hours, and lessens the good value of the deal. the room walls appeared thin compared to other hotels we have stayed in, since we had loud talking neighbours it was difficult to get back to sleep once woken. it is also above/ near a night club. for the noise reasons i probably wouldn't stay here again.

j'avais demandé au receptioniste de nous réveiller à une heure précise afin de prendre notre train, et celui ci ne l'a pas fait.

breakfast was very nice and the times it was served to and from were good.
the bed was far to noisy you only had to move to make it creak.

the bedroom was small, the bathroom even smaller, but clean and modern. the breakfast was good.
a nearby diso did not finish until 3am, then the corporation street sweeper started work shortly after, so sleep was not easy!

although room & hotel seemed to have been recently decorated, parts were tatty
no biscuits in room
small tv with limited channels and terrestial channels not in correct order - so you didnt know where ch5 was, for instance.
toilet didnt flush properly

though simple it was functional and en-suite facilities were particularly welcome. i thought the accommodation particularly good value for money.
the area of derby in which the hotel is situated is not very salubrious although this did not prove a problem.
i was only staying one night and, indeed, there were only about 18 hours between booking in and booking out and for most of those i was either out of the building or asleep! this didn't give me much time for assessing the hotel's facilities to any great extent and i can't comment on what (if anything) might have arisen from a longer stay. for my purposes, though, it was a very acceptable option, especially in view of the price of similar rooms at other, local establishments.
