 le calme et le grand parking gratuit de l'hôtel.
 le service rendu par le personnel qui fait les chambres, en 3 jours ils n'ont pas réussi à remettre du savon liquide dans le distributeur qui était vide.

le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. la chambre est grande, propre et calme. l'hotel est situé assez à l'est du centre-ville mais très bien desservi par les transports publics (tramway).
l'accueil, le 1er soir, à la réception a été peu agréable. par la suite, les autres réceptionnistes étaient plus professionels. le shampoing/gel douche n'a pas été renouvellé des 3 jours que nous sommes restés. de meme pour le café.

das die dusche nicht funktioniert hat und das man sieses erst beklagen muss. dies sollte im service sein, dass man die funktionalität prüft. (bei dem zimmerpreis )
das die betten sehr klein sind.

chambre vaste, doubles vitrages d'excellente qualité, petit déjeuner très bien
pas de climatisation ( vrai manque pour ce type d'hotel )
pas de fourniture de savon et shampoing ( inhabituel pour un hotel **** )

the stay at the hotel was good. i complain only for the wellcoming ofered by the responsable of front desk reception. she was arrogant. the hotel in the map seems more near by the center than the real it is, but it's not a big problem there is a good public service to arrive till alexander platz.
