sono stato davvero fortunato nella scelta dell'hotel aria. per la struttura, per la locazione comodissima ( mare, centro, stazione ecc.)e, non ultima per la cortesia e l'efficienza del personale (ho avuto un grande problema con la mia auto e loro mi hanno dato un aiuto immenso). grazie!!! consiglio a tutti un soggiorno in questo hotel ed in particolar modo a tutti gli italiani....ci trattano bene!!! credetemi.

good location and clean
room a bit on the small size and the park was under constrution at the time
in general an all round good hotel for accesing all areas of nice on foot. it is close to promenade, train station and the pedestianised streets of the old town. would reccommend it for accessibility and staffing qualities but did find the room a little on the small side and tea and coffee would have been an added bonus. hotel carino a pochi passi dalla spiaggia a dalla zona pedonale di nizza. ottima accoglienza da parte del personale ed un grazie a marco della reception per i consigli utili per il soggiono. unico neo il prezzo della colazione, 10 euro sono veramente troppi.

the hotel is excellently located near the train station and a 10 minute walk from the beach. the rooms are very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. i was in a room at the back of the hotel which was a little noisy - there is a garage & car repair shop located just behind the hotel.
overall price vs quality i would highly recommend this hotel and would definately return.

my wife and i use your hotel because it is so nice s to stay there. it is quiet, not so big ,in the neighbour to the station and to the shopping area and the sea. the breakfast is what we like to eat in the morning. and gthe occasion for us to stay in nice i is that we use to bicyckle in provence. and we see no reason to change hotel in nice. so we will be back next year. thank you so much for taking care.

we felt like we were staying at a motel 6. don't stay here if you expect more. location is good, price is good, but look elsewhere. we paid for 3 nights, checked out one day early, and were not refunded the third night, even though venere policy states that a refund is possible at the discretion of the hotel. the hotel management did not even try to be helpful. the entire experience was disappointing to say the least. this was the only hotel on a 3 week european trip that we felt negatively about. don't let a stay here ruin what could be a much better experie |
