vriendelijke hoteleigenaresse, was bereid ons een lager gelegen kamer te geven i.v.m. steile trap naar de 3e verdieping. schone en complete kamers. afstand naar metrostation loreto (rode lijn) geen 100m maar ca. 300m.
tramhalte dichtbij het hotel.

although cleanliness was good there were a few small spiders crawling about on the floor. no lift

we stayed here was for few hours. we reached at around 10pm and the receptionist was prompt in letting us in and completing the check-in formalities. she spoke very little english, but just enough to communicate.
the hotel was close to the railway station. it costed us around 8 euros for the cab from station to the hotel. the room was clean and it was quiet. we cannot comment on their breakfast as we left before the designated time. it would have been nice if they were to provide us with some breakfast rather than letting us go. the other hotel in venice left some juice, croissants and biscuits in our room as we told them about our early departure. that was not an issue at all but would have served as a better customer service if they were to take this into consideration, but i wouldn't take this as a negative.

the staff were friendly and warm. it had a cozy family feel to it. the people were approachable unlike the staff at a big hotel.

the lovely, spacious room for three adults was clean, well lit, and had been recently renovated in very good taste. excellent bathroom, with a small shower. staff showed immediate attention to themostat beeping caused by a low battery. pillows were too hard and flat. great cappicino, juice, cakes and yogurt selection. our room had a large window that opened to a lovely courtyard surrounded by other well kept buildings. this hotel is close and easy to find from the metro station. walk to shops, resturants, and a great little brew house, birrificio lambrate at via adelchi 5, milan. much better than a two star!!
