the staff were very helpful. good location.
 bathroom too small and needed refurb. mini fridge in the room but it was empty. if required, had to make purchases through reception. should have been classsed as 2* rather than 3*

very clean. close to the train station. the front desk clerk was
excellent - helped me confirm my flights when i couldn't understand the
german phone menu at lufthansa. she also arranged early breakfast for us
because we were leaving before the breakfast room opened.
bathroom was very tiny, but clean and functional :)

this was a great choice for a hotel in munich for several reasons. first and foremost...location, location, location. this hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in the city. the hotel itself is also great. an older hotel (which i assume is true of many hotels in the city), however, it is very quaint and kept up nicely. the rooms are small, indeed, but still very nice and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
not really a problem, more of a note to those who will stay here in the future. there was some noise from others staying at the hotel in the evenings and into the night (we stayed during oktoberfest). it did not bother us but for those who need total quiet at night, please be aware.

hotel condor has lots of good points to recommend it. first, it is located on a quiet street with great access to public transportation both from the munich airport and central train station. it is an easy and pleasant walk into the center of the historic city with its interesting architecture, restaurants, and shopping. the room, although small, was quiet and spotlessly clean. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great with a wide range of items to meet almost any taste. i would definitely stay at the hotel condor again if i were to return to munich.

friendly staff. clean room and good sized bed. tacky decor but that didn'.t matter. convenient if slightly seedy location between the train station and karlsplatz. suited my purposes and reasonable value.

condor is just a few steps away from the walking area in munich and equidistant to the main train station. the staff a nice and the price is right. i probably would have ranked it higher if i wasn'.t given a smoking room.
