Date de séjour :
we can'.t say enough good things about our stay here, and wouldn'.t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway in a great city. my husband and i spent a long weekend in montreal to celebrate our first anniversary. kutuma was the perfect stay -- and it'.s even lovelier in person than on the website. the staff was warm and helpful. the rooms are huge. we'.d only booked a queen standard but still ended up with a giant (and very comfortable) king-size bed. the kitchenette was well enough equipped for simple meal prep in the room, which is handy. the bathroom has a great tub (with candles!). it'.s true that there'.s no proper shower, but it'.s pretty easy to use the shower hose/nozzle for a ".seated shower". in the tub. (besides, it forces you to slow down a bit and enjoy the stay.) no shortage of food options in the area. our first night, we ordered room service from the ethiopian restaurant on the ground floor, which was lovely. another great nearby option is a small bistro called cocaigne -- about 3 or 4 minutes walk north on st. denis. fabulous food and service, at quite reasonable prices. if you'.re only in montreal for a couple of days or only need basic accommodations, this may not be right, but if you'.re looking to indulge in something a bit luxurious (but still very affordable) and have a relaxing stay, can'.t recommend this highly enough. we'.ll definitely stay here again.
