freundliche aufnahme und bemühen des personals, den wünschen der gäste gerecht zu werden.
durch die bahnlinie nur wenige meter vom hotel ist es schon recht laut. für einen aufenthalt am tag nicht wirklich attraktiv. bett und bad waren sauber, ansonsten könnte man schon alle paar wochen z.b. einmal an den nachttischlampen den staub entfernen.

dineren in hotel was prima in orde, zat niet bij de prijs inbegrepen overigens. ontbijt was wel inbegrepen, was wat sober maar oke.
1 van de 3 dagen dat wij er waren was het hotel en restaurant gesloten. bovendien was overdag ook bijna nooit iemand aanwezig van personeel. de locatie op zich was niet alles, het is een klein dorpje waar eigenlijk niets te beleven valt. wel kan men met de trein naar bv. mannheim of heidelberg toe wat een aanbeveling is.

alleen de kamer was prima in orde, de resr was waardeloos, ook het feit dat je om 0.900 uur uit moet checken, je rijd dan zo het spitsuur in, lekker gezellig.

typies duits hotel wat nog aan vroegere jaren deed denken.
ondanks we de locatie op de kaart wel gezien hadden lagen de spoorlijnen wel erg dicht bij het hotel.

food was very good, small choice but it was very good quality. i thought this hotel was very good value for money as it was only 2 stops from heidelberg on the s bahn with very regular trains. also free parking and breakfast included. to have my car behind our hotel was a plus.the service given by the hotel staff was excellent. i cannot remember what other guest reviews said but i would be surprised if they did not enjoy their stay.
this is on the edge of the main s bahn from heidelberg to manheim very busy and noisy together with 2 churches competing with bells this may put some off but the line is much quiter at night. i always go with ear plugs so not a problem i slept sound.as we only used it as a base for heidelberg and not in our room all day the noise was not a big issue
