i was very impressed by the service at the hotel. i had to leave early on the day of my departure and they arranged for me to have breakfast in my room so i could get away on time, which was really appreciated.

the accommodation was excellent.
 nothing to dislike about the accommodation.
although the hotel was being refurbished on one floor, the hotel and our accommodation was clean and tidy. the breakfast was excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful. overall we would say that this was one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. the attention to detail and customer service was excellent.
i cannot find fault with the hotel. however, while i think the bookings service is fine the descriptions on the website don't do justice to the hotels (or certainly this applies to where i stayed). the website made the hotel sound average. it didn't communicate the quality of the experience sufficeintly well.
this is a lovely hotel. it had the facilties and style of a large boutique hotel but is in fact a small very welcoming family run establishment with stylish room, extremely attractive public spaces and good attention to detail. a winning combination (source : Activehotels.com - Avis Hotel Beaumont House)

the room was spacious and spotless. the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, so helpful and polite. breakfast was superb. you will enjoy your stay if you book here.we will be back.
the only thing that wasn't excellent was the shower, but our bathroom was being refurbished after our stay, so i am sure this will be addressed.
great location, superb hotel and we will definitely go back, really could not find fault with anything. the staff were brilliant so friendly all in all we really had a great weekend and it was excellent value for money. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.
