room was very cramped near reception and eating area - there was a lot of noise very early in the morning (5:45 am) during preparations for breakfast

close to railway station and near river and cathedral.it was warm and clean.
some staff smoked continually in the reception area making it impossible to sit in the tiny lounge area. room quite dreary with no view, beds very soft.
the room was very small and had no view but it was clean and warm and everything in the bathroom functioned well. we booked a non smoking room which we were given but as several staff members on the desk smoked, smoke from the reception area came up the stairs and came in under the door, it was impossible to use the lift as it was so small, we put our luggage in it and walked up the stairs. the breakfast was adequate but there was no comfortable lounge area to relax in if the weather was bad. we stayed over easter and it snowed heavily two or three times. it is ok as a base for a weekend away in good weather to see the sights but it was too cramped for our five nights stay.

small lift
this hotel is in an ideal location if you want to be near the train station. the hotel was quiet and clean. the breakfast was adequate.
i would stay again.

le personnel très gentil, parlant un peu le français, ce qui est agréable,le wi fi dans les chambres,le petit déjeuner, sa position centrale.
la chambre donnant sur une petite cour entourée de grands murs, ce qui nous obligeait à avoir la lumière constamment.

un petit déjeuner très copieux, tout est réapprovisionné, rien ne manque. le personnel est agréable. l'hôtel est à deux pas de la cathédrale, avec une vue magnifique sur la cathédrale de notre chambre.
il manque des produits d'accueil dans la chambre, il n'y a rien à part le savon pour les mains.
