l'acceuil de la reception , la disponibilité de tout le personnel et la sympathie qu'ils ont eu envers ma femme ainsi qu'a moi meme
entendre les conversations de gens dans le couloir alors que l'on dort .leger probleme d'isolation phonique interne a l'hotel.

bon equipement,bon personnel,bonne situation
bruits nocturnes exterieurs:conversations bruyantes entre 2h et 4h pour chacune des 4 nuits...
excellent hotel..... les chambres donnant sur l'arriere de la facade sont peut-etre plus calmes....

private terrace.mont blanc view.black out shutters.good breakfast.
soap dispenser not working.sink plug broken.glasses not washed up in room.toilet floor not washed.shower head needed de - calcifying. the check out was a shambles.
apart from the above the worst aspect was the check out where we had to spend a long time trying to sort out the bill.the two bills presented did not add up up to the final (correct) sum that we paid.
we were casually told this was a software problem.
we have stayed in many best western hotels in france and have been very satisfied - but this visit was not a success.

bathroom was fine, good to have a shower and bath. appreciated fridge and tea tray. room comfortable.
room a bit small.
very nice hotel, well-positioned in the town. excellent breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. good little sauna and turkish bath, pool too small to swim properly in. rooms were fine - clean and tidy though a little small. teasmade and lots of fridge space for our own use.
although close to one ski lift, it wasn't one we ever used. need to travel by bus or car to the lifts most people used.

very clean and of high quality
the staff were outstanding being both polite and very helpful. likewise the food was excellent with the breakfast being particularly good. the hotel was conveniently located and with good views of the mountains. the accommodation was of a high standard and i understand that it is due to be further upgraded later this year.

the breakfast was good, although the same every morning
- personal coffee making facilities are a plus
- the key cards of the hotel rooms are very unsafe. you can open the door even with your drivers' licence. we tested this on the last day of our stay, and found the idea very disturbing, that knowing this lack of safety, anyone can enter your room
- sauna and pool area very small

nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec une grande terrasse et une vue incroyable sur le mt blanc et le glacier des bossons... dommage que nous y soyons restés qu'une nuit. bon accueil, petit déjeuner abondant et délicieux... dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de l'espace détente (piscine, jacuzzi, hamman...). hotel à retenir!
