disponibilité et amabilité du personnel +++, rapport qualité prix très correct, emplacement proche du départ des lignes de vaporetti
mauvaise insonorisation: on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue et des chambres voisines. sauna et jacusi hors services pendant le séjour et apparemment pendant la basse saison probablement

the hallway and cantine was very cosy. and the view from our room was fantastic. the hotel was situated quite close to the boat station. the staff was very helpfull, they even let us store a fish in their fridge!
the elevator was quite small. not really a problem for us, but not suitable for handicapped people for instance. the beds were large, but a bit hard.

the view was fantastic and the rooms were comfotable and clean. staff were polite and helpful.
there were no facilities to make tea & coffee in the room and nolise travelled too easily from room to room - bit noisy at times.

estuvimos en un habitación triple, la cual era amplia y limpia, pero el baño muy muy pequeño. cabe destacar la buena ubicación del hotel: justo enfrente de la estación del vaporetto. el desayuno estaba correcto y el servicio muy amable

we had a lagoon view room at the front of the hotel, so had constant entertainment of boats coming and going. the hotel was very near the vaporetto stops and also the stop for the boat to the airport, so we could literally see our boat from the window. although quite near the lagoon and road, it was surprisingly quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful, room was a good size and comfortable and breakfast was good. definitely worth another visit.i last stayed there 6 years ago and the riviera is as charming as ever.

we loved our rooms, although a little small. the beds were comfortable. waking up to the bells of the nearby church peeling was fun. breakfast was great and in a cheerful setting. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the riviera.

very good location just across the road from the vapporetti stop on the lido, good facilities, very clean.
could have done with a folder in room explaining details about the hotel, its services i.e when check out was, ect. however staff very helpful when asked these questions.

my wife and i spent 4 nights in early october and were joined by two of our children and their partners for two nights. the hotel is clean and the room cleaning was done properly. we enjoyed our stay (except a problem between one of our party and another guest not being dealt with very well by the night porter). the breakfast was good compared with most continental breakfasts. the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room is disappointing (although there is a cafe/bar just across the road which is very reasonable and open from about 7am to 2am).
the hotels position is excellent for accessing venice (the waterbus stop is outside the hotel and it is only 5 minutes to the first stop on venice and 12 minutes to st marks.)
