 hôtel trés convenable, notre chambre située au 3 eme côté jardin était trés silencieuse.
 trop excentré, situé en à 2 km du centre historique. les transports en commun ne sont vraiment pas pratiques.

hotel bien placé, confortable, très propre, bones prestations et bons équipements, le personnel est très acueillant, il parle anglais et français c'est très pratique. salles de bain bien équipées et spacieuses. on peut avoir un taxi dans les 2 mn car dans la rue on en trouve pas de disponible surtout le soir. hotel qui mérite bien ses 4*

l'.hôtel n'.est pas luxueux, mais il est très propre, moderne et confortable, et il est situé à proximité du centre-ville : la voiture a été rangée au parking de l'.hôtel (à 200 ou 300 m de celui-ci) et nous avons visité la ville à pied sans problème. la chambre était très spacieuse et donnait à l'.arrière de l'.établissement sur une sorte de grande cour très calme. salle de bains impeccable ... personnel très aimable et courtois (réception, bagagiste, service du petit-déjeuner). petit-déjeuner très correct. dans l'.ensemble, rien à dire, sinon des compliments ! on aimerait que les hôtels français s'.inspirent de la qualité de bon aloi de l'.hôtel san gallo ...

we had an excellent weekend in florence. taxis were invaluable and the hotel concierge was a font of all knowledge, the hotel san gallo palace proved to be as good as it gets. 100% recommended.

no te acompaña ni te suben las maletas a la habitación.
no hay servicio wi-fi.
de los tres hoteles que hemos estado en italia ha sido el peor en relación a la atención.
hemos estado dos noches.

this was a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. the location was a very brief taxi ride from the main train station. this hotel is not located right in the city center. however, only a 15 min walk. there is a very nice park directly across from the hotel. i would stay at this hotel again in the future.

we had an excellent stay at the san gallo palace hotel. the staff were courteous and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. the self service breakfast offered a good range of choice.
the san gallo palace hotel is slightly out of the centre of firenze, about a 15 minute walk. however, the walk into the centre takes you past the museum of san marco - an absolute must.
the san gallo palace is a quality hotel. we would definitely consider staying there again if we return to firenze.
