le personnel de l'hotel lydia est très accueillant et disponible. nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à l'attention qui nous a été portée pour la veille de noël (cadeau d'une bouteille de rétsina dans notre chambre).

went for the superior room and would not have really classed it as superior. apart from that everything was as quoted on the website.
we booked the day before leaving so were expecting a lot less and were pleasantly surprised.

the hotel was clean with a very friendly staff. the hotel itself needs renovations but was very affordable. it is not close to the old town as indicated in the website. however, it was conveniently located near a modern shopping district. it was overall, a pleasant stay.

personal escaso y poco predispuesto. solicitamos un acuna para nuestro bebe y no nos la pusieron y no pudimos disponer de ella la primera noche. al reclamarla al dia siguiente nos dijeron que ok sin problema, pero al llegar apor la tarde no solo no estaba la cuna sino que ni siquiera habian limpiado la habitacion. al quejarnos a la recepcion nos dijo que estaba sola y que no podia hacer nada. finalmente nos limpiaron la habitacion y nos trajeron la cuna, pero solo tras insistir mucho. ciertamente el servico deja mucho que desear, incluso a nivel de gerencia, quien nos atendió en el check-out con muy malos modos

the hotel is quite nice, but unfortunetly the incompitance of the staff and sometimes just plain rudness realy let it down! althrough the chamber maid does a great job and one lady on reception was plesent.
it took 2hrs for us to check in, as we where told to take a seat and wait. even through we where sat under the receptionist nose, she some how forgot about us and sat stairing into space. once reminded of how long we had been waiting, turned out the room was ready and she had the key all the time. and we did not get an apoligie. and this was just the begining!

ottima la locazione dell'hotel da cui si raggiungono facilmente sia la spiaggia che il centro storico. nonostante la vicinanza di molti locali l'hotel risulta essere abbastanza tranquillo.

abgesehen von der lautstärke der umgebung ein sehr schönes hotel. das frühstück ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, genauso wie die freundlichkeit der dame die das frühstücksbüffet betreut hat. alle anderen servicemitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit! unser zimmer war schön und sauber und verfügte über einen fernseher, radio und eine minibar. außerdem hatten wir einen großen balkon. alles in allem ein sehr schöner aufenthalt!

the hotel is quite well located probably a bit noisy but very good deal for the money. the hotel is surrounded of fancy coffee places and all kind of services such supermarket, pharmacy, internet cafe. 5 minutes walk distance from the old town.
kontiki bar restaurant in the harbour is a must visit.

starke ruhestörung in der nacht durch randalierende hotelgäste.

1- mancanza di servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto pubblicizzata su web.
2- mancava telecomendo in camera anche se sollecitato più volte alla reception.
3- accoglienza pessima.
4- richiesto matrimoniale ma disponibile solo 2 letti, camera non sostituita.
5- 1° colazione inesistente se non con pessima qualità

when i checked in my room was not available until the next day. so they put me in a storage space with a bed that was very uncomfortable. the next morning i checked into my room. when i checked out at 5am two days later, the man behind the desk wanted to charge me full price for the storage space bed. when i refused he stopped speaking english, would not call the manager, and refused to take any payment other than cash. i was in a hurry to get to the airport and did not have time to argue and wait for the manager to arrive from home, where the employee said he was. very disapointing. i will never stay there again.
