hotel que no corresponde a la categoria de 4 estrellas, parece tener 2 estrellas.todo el personal de recepción bastante antipatico.el servicio de habitaciones, a veces no existia por que no atendian el telefono.la moqueta de nuestra habitación llena de manchas oscuras.
la ubicación, la zona era pésima con varios clubs de alterne alrededor.la limpieza, bien exceptuando moqueta.nuestra primera vez en viena.hay que coger metro para visitar monumentos.

i asked for extra pillows but the receptionist said "i'll have to check and see if you're allowed any more!" then she never got back to me :(

das hotel ist ganz in ordnung, die lage direkt beim bahnhof und der u-bahn ist super, man ist schon nach 10 minuten im zentrum wiens. leider war das frühstück nicht inklusive, was bei anderen anbietern dabei gewesen wäre. dies ist jedoch der einzige punkt, der sich bemängeln lässt. der preis vom hotel ist normalerweise sehr hoch, mit venere zahlt man nur etwa die hälfte. besten dank

we stayed there for just one night and were mostly satisfied. for a 4 star hotel however we would have expected the rooms to be cleaner. another thing was the high priced breakfast, they charge you extra eur 14,- pp for that. the breakfast however is quite good, but you have to eat much to eat for eur 14,- ...

the hotel is just very close to a railway station on one of the very busy roads in vienna. as the room did not have air-conditionning - which corresponds to the outline of venere where it said it only had airconditioning in the main areas - and we stayed there in the midsummer, we had to keep the windows open. it did not help very much to reduce the temperature in the room but increased the noise level to an extend that it was almost impossible to sleep during the night. a four star hotel in my view should also provide airconditioned rooms. besides that the stay was ok.

the young lady at the front desk was most helpful, above and byond the call of duty.
our passports were stolen on the train and she did an excellent job tracking down phone numbers and making calls for us to the us embassy etc.

i am satisfied with the hotel
