 food selection at the restaurant was o.k. nh standard. but slow
service.not nh standard.
 wellness area. no sauna in the morning, no enough high temperature
at 9. the handling of the used towel was just more than poor. no
stuff to help.

friendly staff! very helpfull.
had a good stay.. but was a little upset that our room was not cleaned properly... towels etc were changed... sheets were not and dishes were not taken out of the room...

the staff were friendly and helpful
the pillows offered were very flat and typically hotels of this calibre offer additional pillows in the wardrobe however we had to request additional pillows from reception. this request was attended to promptly.
