clean and comfortable in a convenient city centre location
 not enough pillows
a good quality hotel with efficient staff and good facilities in the city centre. room well furnished but not large if you were staying for a long period. bed comfortable but rather small pillows. did not eat in the hotel so unable to comment on the restaurant. parking reasonable at £6 per 24 hours. no problems with noise etc.

seperate toilet from bathromm and all the facilities
room too dark and side light not working and curtain begining to fall down and no one fixing it when we mentioned this.
great that it was close to the station. it does not say that there are tea,coffee making facilities or hairdryers in the room this would have been good to know.
it was slightly expensive for me but good quality overall.

lovely furbished room, clean and comfortable
we stayed for breakfast at £12.50 per head. for the price it was very disappointing, cooked breakfast could have been fresher, obviously had been stood on heat for some time, and we did eat at 9.30 so not late

the best hotel breakfast i have had in many years. the food was clearly made using good ingredients, it was piping hot, and cooked with care.
the decor in the rooms needs a lift, it was like a 1970's motel. the bed was creaky and uncomfortable. and for some strange reasons the pillows were ridiculous. there were two types, one the size of a small family car, the other too small for a 5 year old. woke up tired and grumpy, with a stiff neck. :-(

the central position, the style and cleanliness, well layed out and friendly and very efficient in all manners that we needed during our stay. we found that the weekend deals on offer are a superb way of accessing these hotels on more regular basis.
