the location, there is no shopping in walking distance around the hotel. breakfast was expensive in relation to cost of room for family of 4.

excellent location!
parking cost £32! rooms were cold!
the general accommodation was excellent! staff very friendly, rooms extremely clean and tidy. our room was very cold though and didnt warm up despite the heating being on....
location is fabulous and i would highly recommend it if you're staying for a weekend with plenty of activity in the close vicinity.

the reception & room itself was modern, light & airy, clean and well maintained.
the bed was made up of 2 single beds pushed together. both of which were extremely uncomfortable, and resembled 'temporary' beds. not a good nights sleep which was extremely dissapointing. in addition it would be worth mentioning to guests booked into rooms overlooking the back of the hotel that from 6am there may be noise from the delivery lorries, especially refrigerated ones, leaving the engines running and causing a lot of disturbance from unloading palletes.
