friendly front desk staff, location of hotel,
terrible hall way (low ceiling, not air conditioned)
housekeeping was inconsistent - in 5 days, we did not get hand towels on 2 days; didi not get soap on 3 days; room was not done on one day ( although we were out of the room from 9 am until 4.00 pm the room was not made up. someone did come by at 4.15 when we were resting)
