breakfast was lovely and there were drinks available at anytime. there was great facilities in the room: tv, freeview, dvd player, hairdryer, tea and we had a beautiful sea view from our room. situated close to the town and beaches and newquay zoo, blue reef aquarium, crazy golf and waterworld were all close by.

had a great time overall, value for money was outstanding.
extremely friendly, would def stay again.

easy to find the hotel, comfortable balcony at downstair

hotel is next to a new block of flats and an empty hotel the other side of it. access to the car park is a back lane with broken garage doors and poorly maintained buildings. we asked if there was other parking as it didnt seem safe to park in hotel park. we were advised where to park by owners.
they couldnt have been more helful and welcoming.
honesty box for drinks ..wine beer etc dvd@s to borrow tea n coffee in room with offer of fresh milk not the little cartons.

very good value for money and nice extras such as dvd player and internet access. breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.

very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, just 4 minute walk from town centre. very clean.

quies hotel really is a great place to stay in newquay. its walking distance to all the shops/nightlife etc & has great views across the bay. the staff are excellent & have made a real effort to think about the little things. i.e. every room has a dvd player & there are loads of dvd's for you to watch. they have a fridge with wine, beer, soft drinks for which there is simply an honesty box. to top it off it is extremely well priced.

highly recommend to anyone of any age group / nationality. wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to the time that we had to leave. excellent

we have never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, its always been from one extreme like tents or the other as in top quality hotels, so we didnt really know what to expect. this was also our first break away just the two of us, so when we arrived and saw all the facilities that were available to us at any time day or night and the lovelly bedroom and on-suite bathroom, we were so pleased. we stayed there 2 nights and wished it could of been longer! the owners are very friendly and helpful, we really did feel so relaxed and made to treat the place just like home. its very cosy and we cant wait to make our next visit to newquay so we can stay there again.

i found it to be a warm, welcoming experience. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend this hotel to all!
