22-04-2008 | de Anonyme Note : 5.0 / 20   Avis Ramada Belfast Hotel 4* - BELFAST      Date de séjour : in right place for my business meetins no electricity in room when i arrived by the time another room had been sorted - restaurant was closed so i had to have room service - £3.50 extra cleaning materials left in room staff not very friendly on reception although this was a clean hotel and the food was quite nice - at £119- £139 per night for bed only - the service was somewhat lacking. there is no hair dryer in the room - even smaller cheaper hotels have hair dryers in the room. the reception staff were not very friendly, no directions for the restaurant, bar or other facilities given to me etc.. - and after i found that the electricity was not working in my room - i was asked if i could just use the room with one lamp?? and they would sort it out in the morning. another room was found for me - a smoking room - (when i don't smoke). the hotel was ok - but not real value for money.
