superb attention to detail. beautifully deocrated with excellent facilities. food fantastic !
nothing - this was the best b&b i've stayed in for a long while
good, easy access to the city centre (bus route along ravenhill road and the nearby ormeau road. but walkable in 20-25 mins). large rooms with very large and comfortable bed. good ensuite bathroom facilities. use of lounge - plenty of helpful books to read and very relaxing. breakfast menu very varied and exciting - food very well presented and tasty. hosts very welcoming. would definitely book again.

friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, delicious food, wireless internet, nice area, close to city centre.
i loved the whole experience, the owner was an absolute gentleman, very friendly and helpful and a fantastic cook! the room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. the guesthouse is in a really nice area of belfast and really close to the city centre. it had absolutely everything we were looking for and we were delighted with our choice of accommodation.

the owners were very accomodating and friendly, and the room and lounge were very clean. the breakfasts were outstanding. my wife and i were here on vacation for the first time to ireland and we were well rewarded at these accomodations.
i don't think i can add any more than what i have elaborated above.

spacious bedroom. large shower cubicle. huge bed (room 3)
good breakfast menu. friendly helpful staff.
noise from the busy road in the mornings. took ages to pull hot water but it was always hot
we did not book ourselves. our friends who live locally did it for us. we received a warm welcome. it was our first trip to belfast and we found the staff helpful in our discovery of the city. the room was restful which we needed after our very busy activities during the day. the busy road outside the window woke us early each morning but we live in a quiet village in rural france. the bed was huge. we didn't kiss goodnight, we waved! it was cosy and quiet and the hosts were very welcoming.
there was nothing at all to dislike about our accomodation.

road noise
