the welcome was very negative
the receptionist was immediately very arrogant. she refused to admit that the rate we booked was breakfast included. she refused to accept my frequest fliyer card until the intervention of a colleague.
the hotel rules require the prepayment of the full amount at the beginning of staying unlike differently described in the booking terms and despite we guarantee payment with credit card.
the rooms are spacious and clean but the overall atmosphere is very cold and impersonal. the breakfast and common space are ridicolous.

.overall this was a good experience. we chose this hotel based on its proximity to the hannover
train station. we were traveling by train and this was a big concern. what i really wanted to
know while booking online was exactly how to find the place from the station. it turned out to be
quite easy, but this was not readily discernable from the web site. the bulk of our stay in
germany was actually a few kilometers away in celle. because we had the time and day to spend
on the rails, we made a trip down without luggage for the express purpose of locating the hotel so
that on our return trip by rail from paris, we would know exactly where to go. better directions
could be given on the web site
