 rooms too small for cot to fit in
one member of staff made our stay very comfortable, we knew that our needs and those of our baby would be catered for.
one of the check-in staff on the evening we arrived (12/04) was most helpful and friendly and ensured that we had everything we needed.

good size room with all the usual facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel and friendly staff.
shower was merely a dribble. a bulb had gone on one of the wall lights. there was a hole in the bathroom door which left a jagged edge (ideal for catching clothes). the back fell off the remote for the tv. colour balance on the tv was poor.
i thought parking near the hotel was going to be a problem, but parking in the library car park was easy, though it would be worth having designated parking for the hotel within this car park (perhaps you could negotiate this with the mall). i appreciated the discount for visitors on a friday night.

réservation en ligne trois fois moins cher que si j'avais réservé par téléphone. je plains les personnes âgées qui ne maitrisent pas internet !
rien de spécial. hôtel très confortable et déjeuner super complet. dommage qu'on ne puisse y manger en journée ou en soirée.

location,in the town, but close to airport
verry poor bed,we both spent most of the night awake.in your restaurant i had sausage&mash,verry nice but needed some side ordar of veg ie,carrots and broccoli to liven it up.

staff at reception was very rude (both evening and morning).
staff at gym was nice.
the rudeness of the staff spoiled it a little bit, apart from that everything was fine.

rooms were big and a nice view. plenty of storage space for clothes, bags etc
rooms should have been cleaner, staff more helpful and facilities open longer

it was clean, the room was easy to find and the bed was compfy
i didnt think there was enought milk in the tea/coffee set, the baths were small, and the hotel broucher said there was a fridge in the room and there wasnt. and i thought the breakfasts where abit expensive.
